Well, there is no easy way to break this news…
We have been hoping that we would find a way to make it through these uncertain and unprecedented times without having to shut our doors for any amount of time. We wanted, and still want, to be able to provide as much as we can to our team members, to our clients, and to our community. Unfortunately, it seems that the best way to do this is to close our medical spa for the large majority of visits for the time being until we have a better understanding of COVID-19 and the toll it has taken and will continue to take on the health of our community, the nation, and the world.
Jennie Kowaleski, our owner, will be taking appointments on a case-by-case basis on Tuesdays and Thursdays only during this “shut down”, making sure that there is never more than one client in the waiting room at a time. These visits will primarily be for follow-ups and, of course, can change at any time.
This decision was made, first and foremost, to protect the health of our staff and our clients as well as the community around us. We have received a humbling amount of support from you all thus far and we hope that you will continue to stand by us during this difficult time. We are truly a local, small business. This IS going to hurt us, as it will hurt everyone. But, because of your support and loyalty for the last four years, we WILL all be able to make it through this.
We are currently in the process of rescheduling appointments up until April 15, 2020. We will be working diligently over the next week to call and/or email each client that is scheduled during this time and get you back on the books for a day and time after April 15, 2020. Any appointments currently scheduled after April 15, 2020, will not be canceled at this time. We will still be taking calls, answering emails, and continue to be available through social media if you need to reach out. We will be very present over the next few weeks on Instagram and Facebook, so be sure you are following along so you don’t miss out on education, fun, and offers! We will also be offering free Virtual Consultations during this time and we will follow up soon with more information on how you can schedule a consultation.
