Saying “thank you” is simply not enough! We had so much fun getting back in person with all of you to celebrate six years on Friday, April 29, 2022. We were blown away by how many of you participated in the sale and the event and are so grateful for all your support. We are already looking forward to next year’s party!

“Azura is six! Can you believe it? The timeline has been incredible over the years. The business has shaped and grown, changed and blossomed. As I reflect back over the years I always go to ‘celebration’. Mainly celebration of relationships. Too many times I think we get caught up in the day-to-day of our business and forget to truly celebrate where we are. It’s easy to get bogged down in the bills, the human resource aspect, the marketing, and the hardships. But celebration… Celebration is one aspect that keeps you going past the long hours and the struggles and it’s often forgotten about.
I celebrate our current and past staff. Their investment of time and dedication is what has built Azura into what it is today. Each coworker has added a touch of themselves to the culture (some more than others 🤣) of Azura and has steered the business to form. Who you hire is what you are telling your community you want to be so choose wisely! I think this is one of my best strengths. 😎
I think about and celebrate our clients. The ones that came to visit one time and the loyal long-term clients. They too have helped create who we want to be and have helped us fit our shape. Listening to our clients’ positive and negative feedback has made us grow and refine who we are.
I celebrate our community. We would not be who we are today without the community around us. I am so lucky to own a business in a community where there is so much support for small local businesses and so many individuals that are willing to help and give advice. Our community has such diversity in all aspects and if you pay attention to others you will learn a thing or two.
So, be sure that in all you do, you remember to celebrate. Give yourself that gift. Light yourself a candle and know this is the best part. You have earned that!”
