Western Wake Crisis Ministry is in big need this year so instead of running our food collection event for three to four days, we are running this special offer from October 5 through October 24! Visit Azura Skin Care Center between those dates and bring a minimum of five cans of food or non-perishable items for Western Wake Crisis Ministry and get 10% off the “toxin” of your choice.
When shopping for cans, here are a few items that they are always in need of:
- Pasta sauces
- Dressings
- Soups
- Canned vegetables that are NOT green beans or corn (ie. carrots, potatoes, mixed vegetables, spinach, etc.)
We also want to highlight their Family Recovery Fund. Families are being displaced and evicted at record rates. WWCM assists with rent and utilities, often working directly with landlords and property managers to help keep families and seniors housed when they are behind on rent.
