We understand that things do come up, but if you must cancel, please call us 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 last-minute cancellation/no-show fee. If you “no-show” your appointment, this fee will automatically be charged to your card on file. You must pay this fee before rescheduling future appointments.
If you must change an appointment, we appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible.
All accounts must be kept current and up to date.
Payment is expected at the time of service.
Payment can be made in cash, check, or credit card. A $25.00 fee is charged for each returned check.
All products purchased must be paid for the same day they are purchased. We have a no-return policy on all skin care products.
