As a member of the Circle, you unlock exclusive pricing that isn’t available to the non-members:

• Preferred Tox Pricing: Never pay full price for your favorite wrinkle relaxers again. Members enjoy $1 OFF per unit of BOTOX®, Xeomin®, and Letybo™, and $0.50 OFF per unit of Dysport®.
• Volume Fill-ups: Take 10% off all Dermal Fillers, 15% off if receiving four or more in one day.
• Rebuild With Sculptra®: Buy three vials, get one free.
• Lights and Lasers: 10% off all light and laser treatments (excluding Laser Hair Reduction) and 15% off all microneedling. 
• Hair Be Gone: Buy one area, get another area free.

How It Works

1. Subscribe: Your $199 monthly payment is billed automatically on the date you sign up.
2. Book: Request your appointment online, email us, or call to secure your monthly treatment.
3. Save: Make an appointment, walk in, get treated, and enjoy your exclusive member discounts at checkout.
4. Flexible: Busy month? Your credits roll over, so you never lose the value of your membership while your membership is active. Upon cancellation, you will have 60 days to use remaining credits.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a long-term contract?

We want you to stay because you love your results, but we understand a long-term commitment may not always be right for you. You can cancel at any time before the next month’s charge in your online account.

What if I want a treatment that costs more than $199?

Your $199 acts as a credit. If you choose a more intensive treatment, we simply apply your $199 credit to the total, and you pay the difference at the member-discounted rate.

Membership Billing & Enrollment

• Automatic Renewal: By purchasing your first month of the Azura Signature Circle, you authorize Azura Skin Care Center to automatically charge your credit card on file in the amount of $199 every month.
• Billing Cycle: Your billing date is determined by your enrollment date (e.g., if you sign up on the 19th, you will be billed on the 19th of every month thereafter).
• Credit Usage: Monthly membership fees are held as a “credit” on your account. These credits may be used toward services or products as outlined in the membership benefits.

Cancellations & Terminations

• Cancellations: You can cancel at any time before the next month’s charge in your online account.
• Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable once processed.

Service & Discount Guidelines

• Policy Changes: Azura Skin Care Center reserves the right to modify membership pricing, included services, or terms with 30 days’ notice to active members.
• Exclusivity: Membership discounts and “Circle” pricing cannot be combined with other promotional offers, seasonal specials, or external coupons unless explicitly stated by Azura Skin Care Center. If a special offer or monthly promotion is currently running, we will automatically apply whichever discount provides you with the best value at the time of service.
• Transferability: Membership benefits and credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual named on the account.
• Rollover Credits: Unused credits roll over month-to-month and do not expire as long as the membership remains active. Upon cancellation, any remaining credits must be used within 60 days, or they will be forfeited.
